Returns. Because supplements are consumable products, we accept returns of unopened items within 30 days of delivery. If you are unhappy with an opened product, reach out anyway — we will work with you to make it right.

How to start a return. Email hello@glpnutritionsource.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and our team will guide you through the next steps. Returns must be approved before shipping items back.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. All refunds are processed in U.S. Dollars.

Damaged or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will replace it at no cost to you.

Cancellations. Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After that, the order may already be processing and we may be unable to make changes.
