Orders & Shipping
How long until my order arrives?
Orders typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days after processing. Processing and handling add a little time on top of that, so plan for roughly up to a week from order to doorstep.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is a flat $8.00, and shipping is free on orders of $70.00 or more.
Which states do you ship to?
We ship to most of the United States. A small number of states are currently excluded due to state-specific regulations. If checkout will not let you complete an order to your address, that is why, and we are sorry for the inconvenience.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking. If you have not received it, check your spam folder, then email us and we will resend it.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Every order is backed by our 30-day risk-free guarantee. If a product is not right for your routine, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the product, and we will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. There is no need to return an opened product.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days of approval. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the guarantee is limited to one refund per product, per customer.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping. Your choice.
Subscriptions
How do subscriptions work?
Subscriptions auto-renew on a set schedule so you never run out mid-journey. You can skip, pause, or cancel anytime from your account. Cancelling stops all future charges.
Does the guarantee apply to subscriptions?
Yes. The 30-day guarantee applies to your first delivery of a product.
Using Our Products on a GLP-1
Are your products made for people on GLP-1 medications?
Yes. Our lineup (protein, hydration, multivitamin, probiotic, and creatine) is formulated with GLP-1 users in mind, with clean formulas and clear labels designed to help fill the nutritional gaps that smaller portions can leave behind.
Is it safe to take these with my medication?
Our products are dietary supplements, not medications, and they are made to support good nutrition. That said, only your prescriber knows your full picture. We always recommend talking to your prescriber or a registered dietitian before adding any supplement, especially while you are on medication.
How do I know what to take?

What does "clean formulas, clear labels, no hype" actually mean?
It means no proprietary blends, no mega-doses, and no exaggerated promises. We tell you exactly what is in each product and what it is for, so you can decide for yourself. We would encourage you to hold every supplement brand to that same standard, including us.
